Technologies ACES Distributor

| Flame Enterprises, Inc., of Canoga Park, California, announced today that it has been
selected as an ACES Distributor for CII Technologies out of Fairview,
North Carolina. The appointment not only acknowledges Flame as
a major supplier of the Fairview High Performance product, but
also authorizes Flame for all High Performance Group products,
including Hartman relays out of Mansfield, Ohio.
